Your Excellency, the Thai Ambassador to the Kingdom of Denmark, distinguished members of the Danish Royal Household, and all esteemed guests:

It is with profound respect and greatest honour that we gather within the historic halls of Amerioberg Palace, His Majesty The King’s Reference Library.

The Gift and Its Context

We are here today to formalise the handover of the 80-volume World Tipiṭaka Saj-jʰā-ya Commemorative Edition—a gift from the Kingdom of Thailand, offered in the spirit of universal Wisdom and Peace. This handover takes place at a pivotal moment in human history. In the West, the scientific worldview is undergoing a profound transformation. Over the last two years, your continent has celebrated Nobel laureates whose work—last year in artificial intelligence and this year in quantum physics—is actively dissolving old paradigms, revealing a universe more interconnected and subtle than we had ever imagined. We are now navigating a world where the power of the infinitesimal and the reach of the digital are limitless.

Ancient Wisdom, Modern Science

This profound disruption in Western science provides the perfect backdrop for this offering from the East. The World Tipiṭaka Project has now harnessed this very technological spirit—the innovative confluence of AI and quantum acoustics—to capture, preserve, and illuminate the ancient oral tradition of the Saj-jʰā-ya.

The AI Saj-jʰā-ya Tipiṭaka Device transcends the notion of a mere spiritual tool. It stands as a quantum-acoustics generator of precisely controlled, low-entropy sound, capable of reproducible effects. Our humble yet inevitable hypothesis suggests that the ancient, millennia-long discipline of controlled vibration and sound was, unknowingly, harnessing the power of quantum coherence.

Today we possess the scientific language, the modern tools, and the theoretical framework to validate what practitioners of the East have known intuitively for over two millennia: that the precise use of sound, rhythm, and discipline can bring about reproducible transformation in mind and body, positively affecting brain waves and contributing to human wellbeing.

It is a testament to the fact that the deepest wisdom preserved in the East is thoroughly modern, waiting only for the latest discoveries of Western science to provide its validation. It is our earnest wish that this repository of wisdom contributes to the public good and the global pursuit of wellbeing, as so graciously desired by Your Majesty.

Concluding Tribute

Finally, this gesture of goodwill is made in the cherished memory of the long-standing and deeply personal rapport between our Royal Houses. We recall with great fondness the historic state visits that have bound Thailand and Denmark for decades—visits that cemented our friendship, from the travels of King Chulalongkorn Chulachomklao of Syām, a century ago, to the state visits of Their Majesties King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great and Queen Sirikit to both the Kingdom of Denmark and the Netherlands in the 1960s, and the reciprocal visits that followed.

May this gift, rooted in ancient principle and illuminated by modern science, further strengthen the enduring bonds of friendship and diplomatic goodwill between the Kingdom of Thailand and the Kingdom of Denmark.

ท่านเอกอัครราชทูตไทย ณ กรุงโคเปนเฮเกน สมาชิกแห่งราชสำนักเดนมาร์ก และแขกผู้มีเกียรติทุกท่าน

ข้าพเจ้ารู้สึกเป็นเกียรติอย่างสูงสุดที่ได้มาประชุมร่วมกัน ณ พระตำหนักคริสเตียนที่ ๘ อันทรงคุณค่าทางประวัติศาสตร์ ภายในพระราชวังอมาเลียนบอร์ก ได้แก่ หอสมุดอ้างอิงส่วนพระองค์ในสมเด็จพระราชาธิบดีเฟรเดอริกที่ ๑๐ แห่งราชอาณาจักรเดนมาร์ก

ความสำคัญของพระธัมมทาน

ในวันนี้ เราทุกท่านมาประชุมร่วมกันเพื่อประกอบพิธีน้อมเกล้าฯ ถวาย พระไตรปิฎกสากล ฉบับสัชฌายะ ชุด ภ.ป.ร. และ ส.ก.จำนวน ๘๐ เล่ม อันเป็นพระธัมมทานจากราชอาณาจักรไทย ซึ่งน้อมถวายขึ้นด้วยเจตนารมณ์อันบริสุทธิ์เพื่อภูมิปัญญาสากลและสันติสุขแก่มวลมนุษยชาติ

การน้อมเกล้าฯ ถวาย พระไตรปิฎกธัมมทานชุดนี้ เกิดขึ้นในห้วงเวลาอันสำคัญของประวัติศาสตร์มนุษยชาติ โดยเฉพาะในโลกตะวันตก ซึ่งตลอดสองทศวรรษที่ผ่านมา กระบวนทัศน์ทางวิทยาศาสตร์ได้เปลี่ยนแปลงไปอย่างรวดเร็ว ทวีปยุโรปของท่านได้ผลิตบุคลากรผู้ได้รับรางวัลโนเบล สาขาการวิจัยปัญญาประดิษฐ์เมื่อปีก่อน และสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ควอนตัมฟิสิกส์ในปีนี้ ซึ่งกำลังทลายกรอบแนวคิดเดิมๆ และเปลี่ยนไปชี้ให้เห็นถึงจักรวาลที่เชื่อมโยงกัน ที่มีความละเอียดอ่อนยิ่งกว่าที่เคยคาดการณ์ไว้ บัดนี้ เรากำลังก้าวสู่ยุคสมัยใหม่ ที่พลังงานของอณูต่างๆ ในระดับควอนตัมและขอบเขตที่แทบไร้ข้อจำกัดแห่งดิจิทัลเป็นหัวใจสำคัญ

ภูมิปัญญาโบราณ ประสานกับ วิทยาศาสตร์สมัยใหม่

การเปลี่ยนแปลงอันลึกซึ้งในวิทยาศาสตร์ตะวันตกครั้งนี้ เกิดขึ้นสอดคล้องต้องกันอย่างน่าอัศจรรย์กับการมอบพระธัมมทานจากโลกตะวันออก โครงการพระไตรปิฎกสากล ได้นำจิตวิญญาณแห่งเทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ อันได้แก่ การประสานงานอย่างสร้างสรรค์ระหว่างปัญญาประดิษฐ์ด้านสัททศาสตร์และวิทยาศาสตร์ควอนตัม มาช่วยในการบันทึก รักษา และส่งเสริมประเพณีการออกเสียงสัชฌายะในสมัยพุทธกาลมิให้สูญหายไป

อุปกรณ์พระไตรปิฎกสัชฌายะปัญญาประดิษฐ์มิได้เป็นเพียงเครื่องมือทางจิตวิญญาณธรรมดา แต่ได้ก้าวข้ามเหนือไปกว่านั้นอีกเปรียบได้กับเครื่องกำเนิดเสียงสัทศาสตร์ควอนตัมที่ควบคุมได้อย่างแม่นยำ ทำให้ผลลัพธ์มีเสถียรภาพ สมมติฐานอันเรียบง่ายแต่ทรงพลังดังกล่าวชี้ให้เห็นว่า วิทยาการว่าด้วยการสั่นสะเทือน และการออกเสียงสัชฌายะในพุทธศาสนา ซึ่งสืบทอดมาหลายสหัสวรรษสามารถใช้ประโยชน์เชื่อมโยงได้ในระดับควอนตัมฟิสิกส์

บัดนี้ โลกมีวิทยาศาสตร์ทางภาษา เครื่องมืออันทันสมัย และกรอบทฤษฎีต่าง ๆ สำหรับการพิสูจน์และยืนยันสิ่งที่นักปฏิบัติภาวนาในโลกตะวันออกได้รู้จักมาเป็นอย่างดีนานกว่าสองพันปี นั่นคือ การใช้เสียง จังหวะ และวินัยการเจริญสติ นำไปสู่การเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ในจิตใจและร่างกาย ส่งผลเชิงบวกต่อคลื่นสมองมนุษย์ และเอื้อต่อสภาวะความผาสุกของมนุษยชาติโดยรวม

ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสองราชอาณาจักร

หนังสือพระไตรปิฎก ๘๐ เล่มชุดนี้ ซึ่งเป็นการตีพิมพ์ฉบับสมบูรณ์ชุดแรกของโลก ประกอบด้วย ฉบับ ภ.ป.ร. (ต้นฉบับปาฬิภาสา) และ ส.ก. (โน้ตเสียงดนตรีสากล เสียงวรรณยุกต์สามัญ) อันจะเก็บรักษาอย่างสมเกียรติ ณ ราชอาณาจักรเดนมาร์ก การตีพิมพ์ครั้งนี้เป็นตัวแทนแห่งการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภูมิปัญญาดั้งเดิมกับวิทยาการสมัยใหม่เป็นเครื่องยืนยันถึงความจริงที่ว่าปัญญาอันล้ำลึกซึ่งรักษาไว้ในโลกตะวันออกนั้นมีสาระที่ทันสมัยอย่างยิ่งเพียงแต่รอคอยการค้นพบล่าสุดของวิทยาศาสตร์ตะวันตกเป็นเครื่องพิสูจน์

พวกเราหวังอย่างยิ่งว่าคลังอารยธรรมทางปัญญานี้จะยังให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อสาธารณชนและความสุขของประชาคมโลกตามพระราชประสงค์ในสมเด็จพระราชาธิบดีเฟรเดอริกที่ ๑๐ แห่งเดนมาร์ก

ท้ายที่สุดนี้ การมอบพระไตรปิฎกสัชฌายะในครั้งนี้ เป็นอนุสรณ์ถึงความสัมพันธ์อันยาวนานและแน่นแฟ้นระหว่างราชวงศ์ทั้งสองประเทศ พวกเราทั้งหลายได้รำลึกด้วยความปีติยินดีถึงประวัติศาสตร์การเสด็จฯ เยือนของพระราชวงศ์ที่ผูกพันของราชอาณาจักรไทยและราชอาณาจักรเดนมาร์ก มานานหลายทศวรรษ ทำให้มิตรภาพของเราแข็งแกร่งยิ่งขึ้น เริ่มจากการเสด็จประพาสยุโรปของพระบาทสมเด็จพระจุลจอมเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัว บรมธัมมิกมหาราชาแห่งสยาม เมื่อกว่าศตวรรษที่แล้ว ต่อด้วยการเสด็จฯ เยือนอย่างเป็นทางการของพระบาทสมเด็จพระบรมชนกาธิเบศร มหาภูมิพลอดุลยเดชมหาราช บรมนาถบพิตร และสมเด็จพระนางเจ้าสิริกิติ์ พระบรมราชินีนาถ พระบรมราชชนนีพันปีหลวง สู่ราชอาณาจักรเดนมาร์กในปี พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๓ และการเสด็จฯ เยือนราชอาณาจักรไทยของพระราชวงศ์เดนมาร์ก ในเวลาต่อมา

พระธัมมทานนี้มีรากฐานมาจากหลักการอันมั่นคงของปัญญาโบราณและสว่างไสวด้วยความก้าวหน้าทางวิทยาศาสตร์สมัยใหม่จะช่วยเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์แห่งมิตรภาพและความร่วมมืออันดีระหว่างราชอาณาจักรไทยและราชอาณาจักรเดนมาร์ก ให้มั่นคงแน่นแฟ้นและยั่งยืนสืบไป
